Reserve Bank of India to transfer RS 28000 crore as interim dividend to government especially Modi government

The Reserve Bank of India will transfer RS 28000 crore as interim dividend to the government RBI had already transferred Rs 40, 000 crore to the government in against 2018 and with the additional 28000 crore. the government order received a total of 68 thousand crore from the central bank in current fiscal.
This divident of 68000 will be highest receipt for the government from RBI in a single financial year.

It's exceed under Rs 65896 crore from the government receipt in financial year 16 and 40659 crore in financial year 18.

the interim dividend by RBI will help the government to meet its revised budget estimated that included and allocation for the first ever income transferred to farmer and to improve the fiscal position head of general election in 2019.
The budget had acted in interem dividend from the RBI. in the revised estimated for the financial year 2019 the government budget at that 74140 crore from divide and subclasses of RBI nationalized bank and the financial institution.

Friction over divident

The RBI and Central Government over at loggerheads over the issue of payment of dividend. The government had circulated the profit retained by RBI to add risk and reserve in this transferred to it.

the government had asked for the entrance surpluses transfer as well as amount returned by the RBI from the subclasses of the previous 2 year.
