Meditation decreases stress by erasing unnecessary thoughts

If you are unable to handle situation,
Stress becomes a part of your life resulting unhappiness. Any problem persist if you are unable to persist the desired results,it's mean that your random access memory is insufficient to cope with day to day challenges.Thousands of thoughts which are being processed every day  are like various app running in the background of human mind. due to these excessive thought storage get more occupied slowing down the device of your performance. when this happens to your phone it hang but in human this result in stress.

until a person dies all the program run in the form of accumulated MD leaves perception exams and throughout the life creating good bad positive negative experiences. what's the percentage memory get erased like that of a computer when suddenly it's power supply GATE cutoff. Those memories which are stored in the unconscious mind never get erased even after death. meditation discard unnecessary thoughts creating clarity in your mind with result in ultimate success.
