Joy Meditation Yoga

When there is a crowd of thoughts in your mind and you sit for some time, and then sentimentally witness the traffic of thoughts running inside. Don‘t say good or bad. Let the thoughts come and go, similarly as traffic moves. It comes from one side and goes from other. The thoughts can be good or bad, of anger, of jealousy, of hatred, of affection. Let them come and go. You only see the thoughts coming and leaving .Besides seeing does not observe or think about them. Suddenly your mind will be lost, will become thoughtless. Do not focus on any thought and slowly you will go into meditation. During this you will experience extreme joy and your inner voice will say that until now there was unnecessary running in which the race was long, but nothing is achieved and when worldly running is stopped and turned towards inside then everything is found.  The peace which is not attained by different means is gained by controlling the mind, we become wealthy and meditation is successful.
There is one more way to control your mind; it is when there are many types of thinking going on in your mind,  then keep your mind uniform with only one consideration that is of serenity.  You feel as if I am becoming calm, peace exists within me. I am the beloved child of the divine.  My God is serene.  I am getting tranquility inside, I am being pacified.
